Pastor's
Welcome...
God's Peace to
You!
Please feel welcome to come
and worship with us at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
We are a congregation of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We
gather for worship on Sundays at 9:00 a.m.
celebrating the Sacrament of Holy Communion every
Sunday. All baptized Christians are invited to the
table of our Lord.
As the baptized, we are eager to share the
story of Jesus the Christ who, God made flesh, came to us to
teach, preach, and heal. All the time he was heading for
Jerusalem, where he was hailed as king, then killed on a
cross, and raised from the dead. We hear this story through
the Lutheran confessions which underline the biblical words of
Paul that we are saved by grace through faith.
Please join us for the gracious
encounter of Jesus our Lord!
Your Servant in
Christ,
Pastor Susan
Folks
Grace
Abounding!
Visitors
often comment when they come to worship with us that they can
feel our joy at being gathered together in the name of
Jesus. We delight to see and hear God active in each
other's lives and ministries.
Sunday
School is at 10:45 am. All ages are invited to
participate.
It is a great time to be a
part of St.
John's!
